About us
A champagne journey that began in 1992
Perpétuelle is a champagne import and representation agency focused on carefully selected producers rather than the biggest brands.
Our name means "in constant development" — a philosophy that permeates both our brand and our selection of champagnes. We prioritize producers with passion, dedication and development potential over size.
1992
The Beginning
Peter Fransson rents an apartment in Reims and begins his champagne journey by visiting producers in the region.
1994
First Import
Private importing begins. Peter builds his knowledge and wine cellar with carefully selected champagnes.
1998
The Network Grows
The network expands and the relationship with Bertrand Lilbert at Champagne Lilbert-Fils deepens.
2018
Professional Representation
Perpétuelle begins officially representing producers at Systembolaget and establishes itself as an agency.
2019
Pierre Joins
Pierre Gewerth joins Perpétuelle with a focus on broadening the market and reaching more champagne lovers.

Specialist, founder & owner
Began his champagne journey in 1992 by renting an apartment in Reims. Started private importing in 1994 and established Perpétuelle as a professional agency in 2018.
Pierre Gewerth
Founder & owner
Joined Perpétuelle in 2019 with a focus on broadening the champagne market and reaching more champagne lovers in Sweden.

Fair Sparkling & Wine Stockholm
Perpétuelle exhibited at Stockholm Waterfront with champagnes from all four producers: De Venoge, Lilbert & Fils, Grumier and Griffon-Trichet.
Fair Wine in Umeå
Perpétuelle conducted two champagne tastings at the prestigious wine fair in Umeå. Pierre Gewerth guided over 80 participants through De Venoge Cordon Bleu and Lilbert-Fils Grand Cru.
